in case you needed a quick laugh
Spent my afternoon chilling in a park in the city. People just hanging around, sharing some drinks, some food. Some people started a random Zumba class with music there. Just peaceful. Why can’t life always be like this? Just chilling with eachother.
The park is in the middle of the Jewish district and it’s interesting to see, visibly, the way the community works out its internal contradictions. There is an increase of Jewish people stepping away from the ultra conservatism that is prevalent. And all the while there is no external pressure on them to do so.
Whenever someone finds a bunch of materials in a car that points to a very specific political ideology, it’s usually a false flag.
Got to eat some Palestinian food this weekend. The bread on the shifa was amazing.

lol US military parade is terrible, its almost comically bad when compared to a chinese parade.
I really have to remind myself sometimes that just cause “scientific socialism” has scientific thought and practice in it, it doesn’t magically make people any less prone to common human pettiness and errors in thinking, especially if they didn’t grow up with it and are just now learning the basics. Else my expectations will be unrealistically high, for others or for myself, and I’ll just get upset.
I probably have undiagnosed ADHD and I feel like caffeine helps with my symptons. I become more productive on energy drinks, and more talkable. I can see why some people abuse drugs.
Gotta love uppers for that. Though if you are also prone to substance abuse it is a risky slope. I had problems with adderall because of that because I’d take multiple doses at once lol.
I agree. I’m always paranoid that it could lead to reliance. I only drink alcohol or energy drinks a couple times a week, although I also do that because the effects are stronger when I do drink it. I would hate it if caffeine had no effect on me anymore.

So a drunk old driver was stopped by the police in my city. The guy confronted them after they asked to take the alcohol test, he then went out of his car, he opened the rear and apparently he transported some beehives. The bees immediately attacked the police.
Maybe bees think ACAB.
lol thats a crazy story. drunk driving while transporting beehives is insane, at least it had a good ending.
Woke up today, did everything I usually do at the usual pace for work. Got to work and wondered why everyone was so busy already. Turns out I was half an hour late. Didn’t notice it during the entire prep. No idea what happened there.

Actually I can file claims like that the second I leave for work from my house. There was this guy some years ago who went to the pub after work and had a accident after leaving the pub and it was recognized as a work place accident lol. Truly amazing, that.

It feels like I’m rediscovering my life a bit lately. I have been really outgoing, even initiating stuff. I noticed just now how I have been kinda avoiding that for the past year or two. Maybe my mental health wasn’t in such a good place after all.
Not really sure what changed exactly. But I’m glad it did.
City hall was flying an Israeli flag today and people rightfully got mad about it. Hope they, or someone, takes it down asap.
