I need to move the fuck out of here so badly. I wish I had a remote job so I could just fucking move at least to a blue state.

Cool, I’ll get the popcorn. Anyone want to enter my betting pool? I’ve got which will come first break down of US society, AI bubble burst, or AI either passively or actively kills +500k people in a week.

Break down will be defined thus: martial law being enacted either statewide in a single state, or 4 or more states 25% of population living in affected areas.

All that was /s of course. I’m not keeping book on this.

All conservatives are fascists and need to be dealt with. This is long overdue. Disowning conservatives has done nothing to change how truly, deeply evil they are. As long as conservatives are permitted to live, they will continue oppressing us to death. They have forced us into this. It really, truly is us or them. There is no peaceful solution. This time, though, we need to actually finish the job.

Nationalist hatred of classes is a cancer when high unproductive spending is devoted to reducing workforce/population through detention and deportation.

Nationalist international rivalry, combined with swing state politics, is a divisive cancer in rewarding selective domestic industry workers with tariff protections that increase costs to rest of population, and then not even increase blue collar work force due to tariff retaliations, and investments in automation. Low information blue collar workers have leopards eat their faces as they abandon the lesser fascist party supporting deceptive policies that harm them.

Nationalist rivaly-based militarism is a cancer for depriving shared prosperty/welfare as substitute for budget/debt.

Nationalist oligarchism is identical under Reagan and German NDSAP. Give our oligarchy everything, or rivals win, and trust that it will trickle down. More cancer.

Nationalist AI rivalry is a combination of all of the above cancers. It reduces freedom of access to AI models for nationalist oligarchy. It oppresses employment opportunity. It enhances the militarist/fascist capability of suppressing discontent over oppression, and imposes suffering from all retaliation to its militarism.

US establishment is powerful enough to think it can get ahead of any rebelions, and the longer fascism goes/amplifies, the more confident they will be. UBI now: https://naturalfinance.blogspot.com/2026/09/a-global-prosperity-manifesto.html

A successful one, too. Sure, he didn’t manage to retain the government at the time, but he also wasn’t executed for treason. So now, 4 years later, he is back in power and actively shredding any constitutional safeguards that would prevent him from turning it into a dictatorship.

For a long time, I think folks have been too lazy, distracted, and disengaged to revolt. But, when a critical mass of people go hungry for a week or two, that’s when it will ignite, I think. The Iran war driving up petroleum prices will make everything even more unaffordable.

Nah, hungry people don’t revolt. Hungry people sell out their neighbor for leftovers from the rich man’s sandwich.

Revolts come from those who are willing and able to miss a few paychecks.

Yep. After missing nine meals, the average person would sell their mother into sex slavery for the chance to have the leftovers the rich leave behind. That’s why the rich try to keep you poor. People that aren’t desperate start getting ideas.

This was an interesting read. The quiet quitting version of secession is interesting, I’ve always considered it more of a binary

The west coast states are already sort of (very, very “sort of” so far) on that path.

HOW is this Possible? ALL Republicans are doing is CALLING for the MURDER of Democrats while Democrats call for the ISOLATION of Anyone who Wants Healthcare or Education or to NOT be Kidnapped by Sex Predators in ICE! That SEEMS like a WINNING Strategy for a Country!

Conservatives are violent by nature. They have been openly calling all non-conservatives their enemy for the last 50 years. They are now publicly calling for us to be shot in the streets (in their speeches at their official conventions). We are their enemy whether we like it or not. They insist. And they will kill us if we don’t fight.

The existence of conservatives makes war or genocide inevitable. We must pick one or we will have both.

Calling for Democrats to be shot has been going on a long time now. Who knows if it will ever actually stick in more than isolated cases. The conservatives are openly terrorists, but so were many the founding fathers.

I think the realization of what the US truly is would help people figure out why we are where we are.
