TLDW: Woman in front of city council says in a hyper excited (sarcastic) way that she is super glad they have flock and is encouraging them to renew the contract. She goes on to say her dream since she was a kid was to become a sherrifs deputy. She makes a joke about stalking her exes and how there’s no better time now that flock exists! She can stalk anyone she wants with zero consequences.
She then goes on to cite a bunch of real life cases including quoting a police officer who said “everyone misuses the system.” She wraps it up by telling the city council that everything she just described was a true case that’s actually happened and encourages them to think about, what if the person being stalked was you, your wife or your daughter?
She lifted her fingers multiple times during her presentation.
I’m not even American but I do know this will have no impact whatsoever. Wish it did for them though.

The value of the post is largely due to the sarcastic delivery of enthusiastic endorsement by a citizen to a council of all the corruption and rights violations that happen when cops get flocks.
Any anti-flock site would suffice to get the laundry list and specifics, so for fun watch or listen to the performance.
