Attorneys say the child waived her rights by agreeing to Roblox’s “Terms of Service” at least 28 times.
I am from Kentucky and just saw this, thought it would be worth sharing on Lemmy. Feel free to crosspost wherever you see fit, it would be nice to at least spread awareness for the situation.

There is nothing less reasonable about this argument than all of the other Republican arguments and all of the Supreme Court rulings within the last decade.
