      This is the plan: make groups angry one at a time. Start sending the “worst” ones to El Salvador when they inevitably protest

      Cancel the midterm elections because of martial law that will be needed.

      Send everyone else they don’t like to the involuntary human experimentation camps

      Burn the constitution.
