    Are they gonna try to sanction China next for having tech sovereignty? That’s about how much sense this makes. They are basically saying here that offering services aligned with privacy makes you akin to a terrorist because (according to their BS narrative) somebody used those services to do terrorism.

    Without even getting into how enraging it is when the empire, the primary source of terrorism on the planet, says somebody is a terrorist for resisting, it’s also just ridiculous to be equating private communication services with terrorism. The main reason some are so obsessed with privacy in the first place is because of imperialism and capitalism gathering as much info on them as possible and then using that info against them. It’s a direct reaction to how horrible the empire is.
