    Guy that disabled me has a third grade childlike competency and is still driving. His record was 2 pages long when he caused my crash by driving directly into a passing SUV. He got a DUI 2 days later while I was still in the ICU. He only has the right to drive to and from work, but is self employed so that is meaningless.

      Even if he wasn’t self employed I wouldn’t want anybody I care about near a driver like that.
