the articles on stalin are hilarious, they be trying to diss Stalin but have no real arguments other than “but at what cost!?”

Stalin’s most controversial aircraft decision involved the B-29 bomber. When three American B-29s made emergency landings in Soviet territory in 1944 (the USSR and Japan were not yet at war), Stalin ordered them interned and studied. After examining his booklet data on B-29 performance, he made a fateful decision: copy the aircraft exactly. This order reflected Stalin’s management philosophy: when facing superior foreign technology, reverse-engineer and copy it rather than attempting original designs that might fail.

You’re telling me that the soviets should’ve invented a new aircraft in the midst of an existential war? Also what the hell is wrong with using existing foreign weapons as a benchmark for yours? It’s not like the USSR was ahead of the western imperialist powers at that point in time, asking for more would’ve been delusional. Its like these guys can’t comprehend that the USSR was in an existential crisis at that period, god forbid a leader to demand accountability and being pragmatic in the midst of a freaking military invasion, should’ve had a hands free approach amirite.

Stalin’s management was characterized by systematic use of hard data, regular meetings with designers, clear deadlines, and enforced accountability. His booklet represented institutionalized competitive benchmarking ensuring Soviet development tracked foreign advances. The system was organized and focused.

Removed the scare-words. To quote the man himself: “the devil is not as scary as they paint him”

It’s really funny to read this stuff with a critical eye, but libs are never going to be capable of doing this level of analysis, and just gobble this up uncritically.

They should say that the transition is going to take time, so check back on progress in mid-2029. By then, the next president can kill this incredibly stupid idea, without much damage being done, other than making no progress for a couple of years. That’s better than negative progress.

Might be a good idea to see if he can figure out the ship designer in Hearts of Iron 4 before designing actual ships, just a thought.

Which is exactly what he wants. He is an enemy of the state. He should be removed as president, convicted of treason, and executed.

Hey, that’s what we want too! I think all presidents and heads of state of the West should be convicted of treason against humanity and done with like you said. Great idea!

Donald Trump is the single most American person alive. He is the living embodiment of everything that the U.S. is and is Yankee patriotism personified.

That is why he should be executed.

If he was sabotaging the empire on purpose he’d be a fucking hero to the world.

An enemy of which state? The state that genocided the indigenous population? The one that used mass slavery? The one with Jim Crow laws that the Nazis modeled after? The one that has the highest incarceration rate in the world? The one that has been in nonstop hot and cold wars since the “end” of WWII? The one that worked with Nazis after the war? The one that has murdered millions in its campaigns for imperialist dominance across the globe? The one backing israel, who is currently committing genocide?

No, Trump is the embodiment of the Yankee colonizer. He is the mask off Yankee imperialist. He is all of the US’s worst tendencies put on full display, without pretense, for the world to see. He’s not an aberration, he is the real character of the US. He’s not a passing phase, he is what the US has always been; racist, sexist, murderous, and white supremacist, and absolutely shameless in committing violent crimes against others.

Of course, the liberal looks at this and says, “That’s not who I am. I’m not racist, I’m not sexist. I’m progressive!” But what progress has been achieved by the liberal? Did liberals end slavery? A war was fought over that. Did liberals liberate black people? The Black Panther Party faced assassination, imprisonment, and slander, and Malcolm X talked of the deceptive nature of the “smiling fox” liberal.

Individual liberals are not to blame for every worst thing the US has done, especially when they weren’t alive during it. But the least they can do is acknowledge the US for what it is and stop pretending that the Hitler microplastics in their culture is something their particular bloodstream is immune to. That they can just shrug it off and say “I’m not like them” instead of working to dismantle systems of exploitation.

Watching people get mad at Trump for the few good things he’s done is always interesting. Trump destroying the US ability to rampage around the globe with impunity destroying millions of lives is objectively good, him dodging the draft is objectively good (even if the good is entirely incidental caused by his arrogance stupidity and cowardice). It’s what he has in common with the rest of the US presidential cohort that makes him bad, the violent imperialism and racism etc.

Trump is working on behalf of US capitalists, which the US government is sole purposed with benifetting. He’s doing exactly what his position is meant to do. To be an enemy of the US state is to be a friend to humanity.
