Great article! I’ve always been self-conscious about my weakness in math, and I’ve recently decided to really focus on improving, so this article came at the perfect time for me. I also think that here in the U.S., schools have been struggling with math education for a while, so hopefully this will make people take notice.
I highly recommend Khan Academy. I didn’t learn high school algebra (home schooled but both parents worked). Went to university for engineering and was able to pass Calc 1, 2, 3, and linear algebra, largely thanks to Khan.
