Completely aside from all of the other ridiculous parts of this, how could you declare a strait to be a territory? Sure, there are territorial waters, but the territory itself is always the land next to it, right? Why not just declare Iran itself to be a territory and cut out the middleman, since he clearly doesn’t care about losing a global war?
