I’ve gotten bored with modded bethesda titles, DoL, all the flash games I’ve tried, hole dweller, etc. Basically I want something that lets me customize the actors and is very flexible in what positions I can made them do. Anal support is a big priority.
If you don’t mind the kink, x-change life is close to what you want. There’s also the classics of corruption of champions and TiTs but that doesn’t have much flexibility.
If you don’t mind text only and want fine position control (and are okay with furries) then Lilith’s throne might be perfect for you (can chose position/orifice/action in a turn based sex scene game) be aware whatever version is out now is likely the only one this year, the creator is ridiculously slow (but their discord is chill).
There’s also the incredibly poorly named ‘newlife’ that has pretty in depth positioning for non scripted scenes.
