It’s been a repoorted issue for a while now. Saw a post two months ago here on Lemmy. I can’t change my password, can’t request a reset, can’t delete my account so I can create a new account. Fuck me I guess? Has this been addressed at all? Will my mail be held captive on Perchance forever?

In the meantime, can someone answer if I’m able to transfer my private gens to a new account? Because of the browser save state of Perchance, which is already a worrying feature on its own, I’m afraid to find myself logged out on my PC one of these days, and then my gens will be gone.

[edit] Great news in case someone else might be in the same boat as me: I just found out that you can export your generators directly and keep access to them!

I love the whole idea of Perchance but not being able to access basic account support is just ridiculous lol.

5. Refrain from requesting Prompts for the AI Tools.

We would like to ask to refrain from posting here needing help specifically with prompting/achieving certain results with the AI plugins (text-to-image-plugin and ai-text-plugin) e.g. “What is the good prompt for X?”, “How to achieve X with Y generator?”

We will still be helping/answering questions about the plugins as long as it is related to building generators with them.
