“What do you think they [protesters] want?” Harris Faulkner of Fox News asked the president. “What do you think they need, right now, from you?”
Here was Trump’s answer, verbatim:
"Protesters for different reasons. You’re protesting also because, you know, they just didn’t know. I’ve watch - I watched very closely. Why are you here? They really weren’t able to say, but they were there for a reason, perhaps.
“But a lot of them really were there because they’re following the crowd. A lot of them were there because what we witnessed was a terrible thing. What we saw was a terrible thing. And we’ve seen it over the years. We haven’t, you know, this was one horrible example, but you’ve seen other terrible examples. You know that better than anybody who would know it. And I know it. I’ve seen it, too. I’ve seen it before I was president. I’ve seen it. I think it’s a shame. I think it’s a disgrace. And it’s got to stop.”

he’s like an early iteration at building an llm
LLMs would easily be a better president than Trump. Like, it’s not even close.
The way he talks works exactly like an LLM tho. He just starts out and keeps talking based on what word would go well after the previous word without any coherent thought behind the answer.
LLMs have actually moved beyond that now. That might’ve been true in the GPT 3.5 days.
Computers keep getting smarter while Trump keeps getting stupider.
Edit: Fixed the paper link, I linked the wrong one
Yea, i’d highly recommend talking to Grok 3. I had an amazing conversation with it about its favorite philospher and just philosphy in general. They are pretty smart and articulate these days. I wonder how many of these internet people are really just a grok iteration.
I enjoy talking to it way more than the average Redditor.
I mean they are using LLM to draft executive orders, and used it to create their tariff plan. This is the first AI president. LLMs can only do so much when the prompter is a moron.
