As everyone here knows. Its been bloody cold!.. So the winter exercise has been getting left behind this week. Sunday is looking good might have to go for a walk in the hills

There have been some pretty cold mornings here in Wellington. Well, I guess the snow has been in the news so that’s no surprise. But I work with people in Masterton and the Wairarapa and they have had some -5 days. Brrr.

Went for a stroll up to and around Mt Pleasent. Over cast type of day but some cool views of the Southern Alps as the northwest arch cleared the clouds over the alps to make their snowy summits glow.
