I’m JM, the owner of this Lemmy instance.

My background is in software engineering, IT, and computer hardware, but I have a strong interest in all things environment/ecosystem/self-sufficiency.

I created lemmy.srv.eco as a refuge for Reddit users unhappy with the site’s proposed changes to their API. I’d like to see it grow into a thriving “community of communities” full of useful and informative content, and lovely people too!
