I’m not going to pretend I don’t find a few of these fun, but they’re mostly bad movies in my opinion.
They aren’t bad really, they are aggressively mediocre.
I adore this, I’m not really a fan of the movies but now I kind of have to do it too.
The rundown is one of my favs. Love sws.

He’s called “The Rock” because he has the acting talent and range of a rock.
Was much better before in The Rundown with Sean William Scott. One of my favs.
And his finishing move “The People’s Elbow” was a nod to his socialist roots, fighting in the jungles of Cuba
It all started with The Rundown. Before that, it was all desert, but I guess he didn’t like the sand.
Of course not. Don’t you know where sand comes from?
Rocks.
The Rock knows. He’s the one that crushed them into sand. It’s how he earned his name.
The Boulder feels conflicted.
Yeah, Riddick was pretty cool.
Are there any jungle scenes in live action Moana?

I mean, once you get to the jungle you can just as well film 5 movies instead of one. If you organize it well you can reuse locations and minimize travel on site. Film scenes for all 5 movies in location one, move to location 2 and so on. You just have to keep track of the wardrobe changes.
The original Tarzan movies made use of footage from “Trader Horn” and other safari movies, as well as their own zoo.

He certainly doesn’t like to be typecast.
I actually sat through The Smashing Machine recently because I heard they’d actually got him to act in it, like Adam Sandler in Uncut Gems. This was a complete lie, and it turned out they’d just put a wig on him.
I liked The Smashing Machine enough, but it was most definitely despite the rock, not because of him.

I questioned why they didn’t make a live-action/cgi hybrid of Pocahontas like they did for so many other Disney movies.
Then I realized that that’s basically Avatar.
