This will get us defederated by even more probably…
Maybe, but the number of instances that are fine with lolicon but not with this is probably pretty small, if not zero. Not to mention that there’s a toddlercon community on here too.
I haven’t seen loli communitys linked outside, especially not the toddler stuff (forgot we have that, tbh i just blocked it all on burggit)
So far i found the burggit stuff on ani.social, lemmy.basedcount.com and lemmy.sdf.org. I also know the furry porn instance is linked and lemmy.one federates as well so far.
Many instances dont block anything that isn’t illegal in the country they host in actually.
If it does come down to it, we may have to reconsider this policy. I hope this doesn’t happen though. I want all porn that’s legal to be able to be hosted here.
To me it doesn’t, but to be fair, I’ve looked at my share of blender created models on /3/ a lot, so I can easily tell what is a 3D model and what isn’t.
It took me a second (tbh, i don’t see many people IRL…) but its pretty much on the edge of what I’d consider Realistic. But as said if you say its fine, it is.
Hmm, that’s a fair point. I know instances do sometimes selectively block communities as well. Mixing it in here makes it harder for them to curate things how they want to.
@Orid@burggit.moe Any thoughts? Not making a final determination here yet, but perhaps making a new community specialized in 3DCG art would be better?
The main post hasn’t been updated in a while, but people that aren’t logged in to burggit will at least be able to see your comment, so that they can subscribe from other instances.
I think they might do it by “purging” the community in question from their instance, just getting rid of any stored posts and subscriptions, without actually completely blocking anything. Just speculation on my part though.
Oh wow… This will get us defederated by even more probably…
In my opinion that too realistic, but if Burger says its ok, that the law.

Totally fair, i just hope it doesn’t cause problems. Because, let’s be real, it looks very realistic.

I thought about making a community here for 3DCG art. But I don’t know what all it would entail. Maybe I could do that.
Give it a shot, I can help you out with any questions that you have about it.
I made a community for it. Thank you, I might hit you up later if I have some questions!
Sure thing. Don’t forget to post a comment about it to this thread: https://burggit.moe/post/9640

From what i know its only lemmy.ml being able to block singular communitys, https://sh.itjust.works/c/meanwhileongrad specifically i don’t think its a feature beyond that (yet?)
The devs of lemmy are very questionable people.

That might be possible. But im not skilled enough in Rust to just check it in the code.
