I think we have the worst online fanbase in the league.
So many trolls and deafeatist losers.
I really don’t think any other fanbase would have as as many doom and gloom merchants as we seem to have in our current position.

I think it’s not expectation as much as comfort.
Plenty of people in here just straight up prefer talking shit and being miserable.
It’s because you don’t spend time in their subs. But everyone has their own brand of dysfunction. From what I’ve seen we’ve got a lot in common with United fans, but we skew more towards binary thinking than anyone I’ve ever seen.
City fans are the most balanced but that’s because they don’t actually care about their team or feel anything in general.
