There could be an argument for the tropical environment hindering production due to higher costs, machines breaking down faster, maybe lack of a mining industry, etc… But still i still think they don’t do enough, their production is still on a pre-industrial stage are which should be embarrassing for any communist party with more than 10 years in power.
