I don’t think it’s healthy for the eredivisie to have their biggest club in shambles. I didn’t really enjoy it when Feyenoord was this bad. Realize you need the competition. If the eredivisie sucks you will never be able to perform in Europe.

In the long run it’s definitely unhealthy, but if it doesn’t take too long for Ajax to recover it’s a good thing for the overall competitiveness. Ajax collecting all the money in the world was choking the other clubs in the Eredivisie. Complete domination by a single team is never good for the league.

Ok yeah I was talking more about the long run indeed. Us hanging around at tenth place for a while will hurt nobody but us. Provided you guys get some points in Europe please beat Lazio thanks in advance :-)

Why not? It gives the other teams some space to shine. I really couldn’t care less honestly. We were ridiculed for years for mismanaged, so now we’re supposed to have sympathy for the self inflicted shitshow?

PSV, AZ, FC Twente and Feyenoord are all doing well. Ajax can find their way up when they want to, but pretending like it’s a massive loss for the Eredivisie is an absolute joke.
