Marco Silva is all elite
Great news
That must mean investment is imminent surely?!?
Glad to see Silva getting some consistency
I personally think he was unfairly dismissed with us, we only lost 6 after he left after previously losing 9 under Silva in the first 15 games of the season, coulda turned it round
I still wonder how it would have went for Silva if Gbamin was never injured. Maybe it wouldn’t have changed anything for him, but he 100% would have walked into that midfield if he was half as good as he was supposed to be.
But…doesn’t that imply the other manager turned Silva’s crap results around?
Yeah but that manager was Duncan Ferguson who couldn’t even hack it in league two and then Carlo
I am a fan of wrestling now.
Go AEW.
Silva turning out to be loyal to a club is the babyface turn of the season
Khans don’t meddle like Pozzos imo.
My first thought is they think they’re gonna be safe. Don’t think Marco would do the Championship again if a club like Villarreal comes calling.
The cynic in me is wondering if the club saw how weak the bottom of the league is this season which removed their urgency to bring in a real Mitro replacement, or other big signings. I can’t see this Fulham team getting in a relegation battle this year. Definitely not satisfying as a fan to stagnate mid table though. But everyone was saying how weak the striker market was this summer, maybe we just continue to build a financial platform to make a big splash and push next season
You’re most likely going to lose Palhinha in the winter transfer window, so while you’re almost certainly safe this season, you desperately need some serious signings next season or you’ll be in trouble
On the other hand, Balogun’s price was kinda high
Do hope we can spend a bit more in January and get a decent striker in, most pressing issue facing us right now.
Big
The importance of this to Fulham cannot be overstated. Fuck yes
