A new PC Gamer.
Now, so I’ve seen people call the 4070 a Budget card. This seems absurd to me. Usually, the newer cards would be more powerful, wouldn’t they?
Me as a PC gamer, I don’t plan on playing any Competitive games, but I also want the best picture quality I can get.
I am in the minority here, but I don’t really care if my PC can output 150 fps and give me 4k picture. Isn’t it fine if I game at 4k 50 fps?
