    Fuck knows they need to. If ever there were an industry that shamelessly exploits the good will if its employees it’s games.

      Software dev in general needs unions IMO, not to mention other tech work like IT who tend to work piles of overtime.

      Guess it’s gonna have to go back to the more direct, non-union form of collective bargaining then. Tends to end up with bosses having fewer knees.

      We’ll keep pushing for raises and for bosses to have knees, since that’s the best outcome.
