Are Spurs sort of like Arsenal last season? I am just starting to get a bit nervous. I remember everyone writing of the team saying there is no way this form will continue but the team kept winning mostly. They have that good feeling and positivity that the team had last season and that can help through a difficult run of fixtures. The same potential weaknesses can hit them like injuries, being very reliant on a small group of players so eventually running out of steam, inexperience. The team did keep it up until the final month and that is not easy so there is a long way to go.

I think they’re guaranteed top 4 but I’d still put my money on City over anyone. Just goes to show Conte was a fraud really.

Oh for sure City are the favourites and I think they will win it. I just wonder how much longer Spurs can keep this excellent form up. The team kept it up for much longer than many thought they would last season

At some point, teams will figure them out and respect them more. Then if they don’t have a bench for plan B, and they get a few injuries at the end of the season… well you know the rest. The title race wasn’t that close last season. City won it with a few games to spare. They could have easily won their last matches and made the point difference between us less respectable.

Yes City did win in the end well in control and ahead. What I mean is I would say the team kept it competitive until April and it would be surprising if Spurs kept this form up until then but I am a bit nervous as I remember how long the team kept winning when most expected them to fall away earlier and Spurs do look decent

They have a decent schedule until April-May.

That run of games where they have to play Newcastle, City, us, and Liverpool is a brutal way to end a season.
