I have the ROG STRIX B560-E GAMING WIFI mainboard along with a 11900K. Seems like Asus does not tune their motherboards well for this CPU. Out of the box with all the stock settings I get amost every possible throttling all around (multi-core Cinebench 2024 test) in ThrottleStop - EDP OTHER, V MAX, THERMAL etc.

I played with IA AC Load Line and IA DC Load Line - set them to 0.21 and 0.71 respectively and almost all are gone, except EDP OTHER on CORE. I cannot go any lower as the test would not complete then. I tried lowering those to 0.01 along with increasing Load Line Calibration to 5 and got more or less the same results, but with slightly higher temps, tried to set VCore offset, but the test crashes even with -0.005. Set CPU Current Capability to 170% - doesn’t help. Any other ideas?
