I’m facing a beyond-Googling-the-solution problem. I need to tether VPN from Samsung Galaxy to a Windows laptop (moving myself from South Africa to Switzerland). The thing is, I can’t install anything on the laptop.

Tried USB tethering, didn’t work.

Anyone been in the same situation and solved it?
