I’ve played RDR2 at 40fps and 11tps. But I uninstalled it like two months ago.

Recently I tried Max Payne 3 and I thought it was weird that I was only reaching 30fps, but meh. Then I installed RDR2 again and only reaches 10fps?? With the same settings I ever played it so whaaat…

Those are the only games I have issues.

What do you think is the problem?
