There has never been a greater ROI in Steam gaming than this deal. $5 for The Forest is a no-brainer for anyone interesting in quality survival gaming. Great story, multiplayer, VR support (moot for this sub) - interesting crafting, well-refined UI and full controller support making it a true joy to play on Deck.

I have almost 300 hours on this title - between solo and multiplayer. I paid $15 in early access and here we are with it for a third that price.
