Hi guys, so my favourite genre is ARPGs, and been looking at which ones run well on SD.

Personally, I value (1) Depth / complexity, (2) Running well on SD, (3) Offline mode is a massive bonus.

Keen for any to add to the list, so far:

  • D4: Didn’t try as I didn’t really get into the game on PC (depth) and no offline

  • Last Epoch: Felt alright, bit more optimisation would be great, but also offline mode is hard to access if you’re not online (eg on a flight).

  • Grim Dawn: This one has been a good one for me on the SD. Runs super smooth, low battery drain. True offline too.

  • Slormancer: Indie ARPG but this one is actually where I’ve spent the majority of my time - at the very start the aiming felt rough but now it’s under control. Offline play, low drain, this is what I do on long flights.

  • Chronicon: Haven’t tried it yet but it’s next on my list. Feels like it should be a good match for SD?

Any other ideas? :)
