    ooh scaaary! interpol is one of the least effectice organisations in the world and has close to zero real power. So fighting “piracy” and other “crimes” like this is one of the few things that they can do or pretend to do.

      One of my friends (when I was in grade 7) was on the interpol missing children’s list. We were going to school and he told me this so later at lunch I went to the computer lab and looked him up and Lo and behold, there he is.

      The story isn’t really relevant in this context. I just felt like sharing.

      Of course it has no power. It’s an organisation indeed to enhance the collaboration between police in different countries.

        Problem is this “collaboration” is a joke as well.

        When you allow russia or saudi arabia or whatever else piece of shit use it to prosecute their “criminals” or at least as a public forum where they say who they want to prosecute it turns into a circus.
