I have to drive several times a week from M all the way past the airport. I swear, every single time going through that area there is some psycho going 30 to 40mph over, or someone cutting people off, or doing some other dip shit thing on the road.

Psychotic driving abounds in Madison, but it seems concentrated in that patch of road.

What gives?
