    Or just eat whatever fast food you want and track your calories. 🤷‍♂️ 500 calories of Taco Bell won’t make you any fatter than 500 calories of McDonald’s or Subway.

        The only thing you’re getting from one and not the other is fiber from the beans, and fat adds to satiety too. If you’re tracking what you eat it’s not hard to make up the fiber difference somewhere else.

          The beans and rice in many taco bell offerings provide more nutrients than your average fast food burger or deep fried meat. The fiber and vitamins both make you feel better and more full longer. You also get spices and heat, which tend to make people feel full faster and provide some amount of nutrition. And it moves through your body faster, so you’re not bloated.

            Yeah, obviously you shouldn’t be eating it for every meal. But if you’re getting fast food it’s silly to pretend Taco Bell is health food because it’s got beans in it. If you’re getting fast food get what you want and just account for it.
