As I’ve lost my private key to my paper wallet that was created using Dogecoin Core, I was wondering if there would be something in the code of Dogecoin Core or somewhere that would hold details of things created within the program.

I know that losing the private key to a wallet is the worst thing that one could do, and that normally all is lost, but I’m clutching at straws to get it back.

When I created the paper wallet using Dogecoin Core and transferred my balance from the dogecoin Core desktop app to said paper wallet, I didn’t think, when there was a problem in printing the paper wallet that all the details of the wallet would disappear from my pc.

It’s so frustrating to see my Dogecoin amount displayed on sites such as dogechain.com when I enter my public key, taunting me, but no way to get my hands on it…or is there? Please say there is.

Does anyone know a direct email to the developer of Dogecoin Core. Perhaps they could help.
