BRUH… so basically, there’s this project that’s me and one senior (he already resigned due to how toxic the boss is) had. Usually, after someone resigned my boss will assign my senior’s projects to my colleagues, but he didn’t do it. I know it’s partially my fault that I didn’t continue on that project, but currently I had 5 projects that I had to do, and I didn’t have any time to continue that one. He also had the audacity to tell me that I’m useless :). He then told me if I keep doing this shit until end of the year, he would cut me off… And then he added if I can’t finish the project that my senior left within a week, he would take over than cuts me off.
