People genuinely forget that when Hector signed an extension and turned down a move to Barca it was as important as what a Saka/Martinelli extension was this past year
He stood out at the time, I don’t even think he’s better than White (different era/role tax of course).
There was a time that James was probably best in the world and that’s against stiff competition.
Take the bias out - peak Bellerin was a speed merchant that gets found out by tricky wingers very often. Very average crossing ability as well.
Agreed, although I think if he never got that injury his speed could carry him into the top 5 conversation alone.
