    I take it this has to do with available transit options and how easy it is to get to work/shopping. If your area is entirely dependent on cars, of course you can’t go car-free for 3 weeks.

      Agree though. The pay wall screams any of the two environment hating media in the country, and such an unnecessary and small sampled project (not study).

      If it is they miss cars, then thats an indictment on the rather poor public transport for hose away from the few central hubs.
