If the dude wasn’t a billionaire, he couldn’t have commissioned a custom luxury yacht and would have to sail on a plebeian luxury yacht with the same proven design as ordinary millionaires.
He didn’t commission it. He bought it from another billionaire that apparently preferred bragging rights over safety…
He chose the one-off tippy toppy model to flex on other billionaires instead of the 2 masted sister ships which were safer.
