I’m broke because I judt bought my pc and I just want to know if it’s okay to use 2 vga cables to the 12vhpwr that came with my gpu?

The microcenter employee made me buy a custom cable that is 12vhpwr to 2vga but everytime I play games like wukong it just turns black screen and the fans go 100% so I searched and saw this youtube guide that told me to yse 2 separate vga cable to the 12vhpwr cable that came with the gpu.

Will my gpu burn or am I safe??
