If you have a PC, there are multiple Switch emulators. I can see a torrent of this game from 6 months ago with over 80 seeds. Then you can try the game out yourself before buying.
Metacritic user score is 7.2. For all I know, however, there’s people triggered by pink lowering that score, because “GAMES AREN’T FOR GIRLS???”, even though Pacman came out in 1980 and was designed specifically to appeal to everyone in order to be more successful (and it worked).
