Holy shit…

After LITERAL days of travel on 2b2t (Minecraft’s OLDEST Anarchy server), I have arrived at “Kali’s Gape”, a 1k x 1k hole made with World Edit back in 2015 when a player got backdoor access to the server.

The purpose was to copy their clan’s base from far away so that it’d be harder to find them.

It is simply incredible. Pure chaos. Pure anarchy.

Another perspective of the griefed Imperator 2 base inside of "Kali's Gape" on the 2b2t Minecraft server. The floating remnants of the once-grand base are more visible, with large spherical and architectural structures hanging in the air, now fragmented and partially destroyed. The intricate builds, which once stood as a testament to players' creativity, have been reduced to floating debris due to griefing. Below the remnants, you can see the vast, empty area where the bedrock is exposed, revealing the true scale of Kali's Gape—a 1,000 x 1,000 hole that extends all the way to bedrock. The water-covered bedrock floor adds to the desolate feeling, contrasting with the ruined pieces of the base above. This image shows the aftermath of destruction and the relentless nature of 2b2t, where even the most beautiful and carefully constructed player creations are often reduced to ruins. The combination of floating, shattered structures and the void-like expanse of Kali's Gape highlights the chaotic environment on the world's oldest anarchy server.
A view of the remaining floating fragments of the Imperator 2 base inside "Kali's Gape" on the 2b2t Minecraft server. The camera is positioned on the bedrock floor at the bottom of the massive 1,000 x 1,000 hole, looking up at the sky where the broken, suspended sections of the base still linger. In the distance, you can see the intricate, spherical remnants of what were once highly detailed builds, now partially destroyed and left floating in the sky, surrounded by scattered clouds. The once-grand floating structures now appear hollow and shattered due to the extensive griefing. The grid lines visible on the bedrock floor emphasize the sheer scale of the hole, further underscoring the magnitude of Kali's Gape. This image captures the haunting beauty of the destroyed base and the contrast between the vast emptiness of the exposed bedrock and the still-remaining skyborne architecture. It represents the remnants of a once-proud player creation in the chaotic and destructive world of 2b2t.
The interior of "Kali's Gape" on the 2b2t Minecraft server, featuring the towering border walls that enclose the massive 1,000 x 1,000 hole down to bedrock. The image is taken from the flat bedrock surface, showcasing a grid overlay on the ground, emphasizing the scale and precision of the excavation. The blue water cascading down the walls adds a stark contrast to the barren bedrock floor, and in the distance, you can spot remnants of terrain and structures just barely clinging to the edges of the walls. A lone player, visible in the distance, adds a sense of scale to the vast emptiness of the hole. This view highlights the immense effort and scale behind this project, which is a testament to the long-standing chaotic and destructive nature of the 2b2t server. The border walls stand as a defining feature of Kali's Gape, marking the edge of one of the largest man-made holes in Minecraft.
