    Let this be a lesson to all those people who don’t want to go to the gym because they’re afraid people will look at them in a judgingly negative way. The reality is, no one at the gym looks at you at all. Everyone else is just there to get their shit done, flex a little bit, and go home.

    Also, please don’t die at the gym because I really need to use those mats.

      I actually mostly spend my time at the gym worrying about people thinking I’m looking too much, so I try extra hard to not look.

        I assume you kept up with it?

        I started there, unbelievably sore the days after, to needing to really fuckin send it to even feel sore at all the next day.

        To anybody worried about the soreness, keep getting after it! It goes away! (Or at least, you’ll never be as sore as those first few weeks)
