Hi all, I was hoping to get some recommendations for a gaming PC that we are buying as a gift. I don’t know too much about PCs. All I know is that they want one “with its own video card and not on board video.” Any help is appreciated.

*edit for more info. budget would be under 1k if possible. they want to play on steam which needs 16gb of ram.
