Gross abuse of Customer Trust by Verizon

First, thank you to the community members that told me more than once that the problem of apps being added to my phone without permission was not Samsung. It happened following security updates.

Turns out it’s Something called Verizon App Manager. I’ve had Verizon for many years and this only started happening this year. It would install apps, without notice or permission. Turns out Verizon App Manager has full controll of the phone. All permissions.

Samsung Note20E

You can goto settings, Manage Apps, goto Verizion App Manager … bottom of screen and check disable.

This is a gross abuse of customer trust.
