And it’s meaningless because terrorists can always write a custom program to do end-to-end encryption… in an hour perhaps.
All this does is destroy the privacy of ordinary citizens but not organized criminals.
Worse, people would install apps provided by hostile countries and through unofficial and unsafe app stores.
Not even that, sufficiently secure and effectively undetectable solutions like an Android keyboard exist already.
