I subscribe to !incremental_games@incremental.social. Checking incremental.social tells me there are new posts, which kbin.run does not see. I private messaged the mods and did not get a response. Asking here partially to ask this kbin instance’s admin about the federation issues, and to figure out what to do about federation issues in the future.
Might be a silly question, but can you make sure the kbin.run sidebar on your end is showing subscribed? Even though Mbin shows the total subscriber count, it won’t matter unless a local user is subscribed to the magazine in question for federation to take place. Also, if incremental.social is not on the latest main branch of Mbin the DMs won’t federate, it’ll be officially supported in the next release.
I checked fedia.io and it also is showing the last update about a week ago, leading me to believe it’s an issue with incremental.social. I’d recommend using their contact form if you can find it.
