You can still use whatever UX you were used to before, since packages tend to stick around quite a bit. The issue with Win 11 is that it drastically changes hardware requirements and UX. That’s not an issue for Debian.

And upgrades tend to be pretty stable. You can still use whatever UX you were used to before, since packages tend to stick around quite a bit.
