The Dollop can be pretty good if you enjoy history. The premise is one of the hosts reads a story compiled from his own research into crazy stories from history via articles, books, etc., and the other reacts in real-time. Both hosts are comedians, so there’s a big comedy focus.

One of my biggest problems with the past 8-9 years is the amount of blame Trump gets compared to his army of cronies making all of the policy decisions. He is a demonstrably terrible person, but he’s clearly not the brains behind these policies

Can’t agree more. I posted about some strange performance issues last summer and Peter talked with me about it privately for a few hours until it was resolved. Ended up needing some kernel patches for my setup that went on to help with the next release
Why do you view Platner’s success as the death of the US left? I’m missing exactly what it is that makes any of this compare realistically to the transgressions of many Republican and Democrat politicians who have had prolific careers. There will always be disagreements about when a politicians’s behaviors are too much to bear, but I’m struggling to understand why this Primary win by GP signifies the end of the leftist movement in the US.
