2·2 months agoI dislike DuckDuckGo, but I think it’s at least better than Bing.
In addition to Bing, there are other search engines that currently rely on Bing’s search results, including but not limited to DuckDuckGo.
And Google is worse than Bing.
It has been disclosed that the company’s search index for Japanese websites is subject to opaque censorship by organizations collaborating with the police authorities.

Google is the only foreign company participating in this censorship; Microsoft and other foreign companies are not involved.
I think this fact alone is enough for Google’s search service to be subject to a boycott.

I generally only review Place as a place where I purchased artwork, often as an add-on to a review of the artwork itself.
Specifically, this includes reviews of bookstores for novels and record stores for music.
An exception would be my reviews of public libraries, where I focused primarily on the place itself.
The collections of a town’s public library often succinctly reflect the town’s cultural policies and characteristics, making comparisons interesting.
