  • Yeah, but at the end of the day, China continues to be consistent in its approach. They’ve made it clear that they won’t interfere in other countries’ matters for ideological reasons. They’re going to let capitalism’s contradictions do it’s thing and focus on its own development.

    It’s not my favourite approach but interfering in other countries’ domestic issues never works out. It just alienates a chunk of population that becomes rife for anti-communist radicalization.

    Russia has a lot of ties with Israel that they won’t break, especially with the fact that they’re at war with NATO.

    It’s a terrible situation all around for the Palestinians



  • NATO fucked up by giving Russian soldiers 3 years of modern warfare experience against NATO’s own weapon systems. Meanwhile, outside of the US that fights significantly weaker nations, NATO countries have no real world experience.

    This is my opinion and I may be insanely wrong, but given NATO’s current status, I don’t see it existing beyond the next decade.

    Once the US bourgeoisie realize keeping the NATO charade up is costing a lot of money that they can instead siphon themselves, they’ll force a NATO dissolution and have Europe buy their weapons even more at even higher premiums










  • I’m not from the US, but even in the third world, infosec jobs are not looking good.

    The pay is completely shit, I wouldn’t even be able to cover expenses if I wasn’t living with my parents to save on rent. Every job I apply to, I get automated rejections. Every job that reaches out to me, wants to pay me the US equivalent of 25k USD a year for WFO 5 days a week with some considering going 6.

    Not to mention the labour laws here are non existent.

    The irony is that cyber crime is on the rise everywhere. There hasn’t been any good news coming from this domain in the past year, and somehow, the executives in their eternal wisdom have decided to make infosec a secondary priority after AI
