And he reminded jurors of the rape this week, during the latest proceedings in the multi-layered, winding rape and defamation cases brought against Trump by Carroll.

Good. It needs to be said because that’s clearly what he did by any sane person’s definition.

Some states have disappointingly narrow definitions. Some have broader definitions. Some use terms other than rape. E.g. sexual battery.

Among the many other things this country needs to fix, it needs to update law for sexual assault / rape everywhere. Fucking disgusting how many never see justice.
